SHIPPING RATES
Critical Distance provides options for regular shipping across Canada, the US, and internationally, with rates and estimated delivery time depending on delivery location. Please refer to our flat-rate chart below. Online orders will be shipped within 5 days, with an email notification of shipment sent to the customer.
NOTE: It can take up to 5 days for us to process and package your order. The estimated delivery times below refer to the additional amount of time it will take once your items have been shipped.

If you require expedited shipment or prefer a courier service, please contact us before placing your order. Your order will be subject to any additional costs of services requested.
Oversized shipments such as posters or large books may incur additional shipping costs. In this case, Critical Distance will follow up to discuss your shipping preferences.
FREE IN-PERSON PICKUP

Free on-site pick up is available in Toronto within our regular business hours (Thurs.-Sat. 12-6PM). Customers who select this option will receive an email notification advising when their order is ready for pickup. Please have your order number and confirmation email ready upon arrival for pick up. All orders will be made ready for pick up within 48 hours.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that our online shop does not offer refunds. We deal with returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact info (at) criticaldistance (dot) ca to discuss return and exchange options.
